Abstract
I would like to express my high respect to H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, the Founder, Chairman of the Dissertation Committee, and the President of The University of Cambodia (UC), for providing me a doctor's degree scholarship and assuring us of the highest educational standards. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Y Ratana, Vice President for Academic Affairs of UC, for providing me the opportunity to conduct the research with the direction and assistance to complete. I would like to express my gratitude to H.E. Dr. Mok Sarom, Deputy Director of Education, Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport, as the main advisor for advising and guiding me directly to fulfill the gap and improve to complete the research, especially spent times to give many ideas relate to the research. I would also like to express my gratitude to Dr. Phon Sophal, as the co-advisor for providing me with the direction and assistance I needed to complete the research. Furthermore, he spent his personal time reviewing the research and offering sound expert advises that was really beneficial in completing the research. I would like to express my gratitude to Mrs. Pamela Hughes, a teacher in England, for providing proofread includes all aspect of English structure such wordings and grammars, spent many times going through my hold research. In addition, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of my professors and lecturers at the College of Education of UC, as well as my classmates, for their time and effort in sharing information and skills both during and after the learning period. Last but not least, I express my heartfelt thanks and affection for my family, particularly my parent and my wife, who never fails to encourage and support me in any situation.
